Description: At 7 days of oxidation, we get an incredibly complex, well balanced, and exceptional cup that never stops giving. On the nose, you pick up on notes of strawberry, blood orange, and floral acidity. These notes translate very well in the taste of the cup. These sweet and juicy fruit notes dive into a wonderful array of floral notes, like wildflower, rose, and chamomile. The mouthfeel is tea-like and bright, which accentuates all of the complex flavors. This cup finishes smooth with a lingering floral sweetness.
