Recipe: 18g of coffee into 34g of espresso output. Approx. 26-30 second extraction.

This espresso is nutty and creamy. First thing you'll notice is the wild aroma that radiates from the cup. The espresso tastes like it smells, sweet and buttery. The coffee has no traces of unpleasantness. Very little acidity. Just syrupy goodness.
Recommended: straight espresso, or an unsweetened iced latte.
