Recipe: 16g of coffee into 36g of espresso output. Approx. 25 second extraction.

This espresso is wonderfully bright and juicy. With an unmistakably citric nose on it, the espresso starts zesty and sweet reminding us of limeade. The light body coats the tongue without dampening the palette. The espresso then continues with a bit of weight and caramel-like sweetness before it finishes clean and delicate.

Recommended: Try this espresso in an Americano (hot or iced, dealer's choice) or in an espresso soda/tonic!

Shelf Life: An unopened bag will remain tasty for five months due to our processes and packaging. We remove most of the oxygen from each bag during our packaging process and replace it with food-grade nitrogen to lovingly cradle these precious beans for a long time. We use the highest quality bags with one-way valves to retain the low-oxygen environment we create and allow our coffee to off-gas naturally.
