Description: This lot is made entirely of Villa Sarchi variety coffee, a natural Bourbon mutation discovered in Costa Rica’s West Valley. Known for it's sweet, balanced, and fruit-forward profile, this lot is no exception. The cup starts off with a note of sweet stone fruits, and a spicy undertone. The body is juicy and robust, full of syrupy floral and berry notes. the finish on the cup is quite clean and crisp, with the subtle berry acidity cleaning off any lingering chocolate notes from the palette.
Shelf Life: An unopened bag will remain tasty for five months due to our processes and packaging. We remove most of the oxygen from each bag during our packaging process and replace it with food-grade nitrogen to lovingly cradle these precious beans for a long time. We use the highest quality bags with one-way valves to retain the low-oxygen environment we create and allow our coffee to off-gas naturally.
