Description: This coffee hails from the south region of Huila, and comes from a group of 18 producers, growing at elevations ranging from 1400 to 1900 meters above sea level. Selectively picked cherries are pulped and then fermented for 48-60 hours before undergoing a traditional washing process, after which the parchment is laid out to sun-dry for 15-20 days. On the front end you pick up on notes of raspberry tart and marigold. The body is light medium and juicy, accompanied by a creamy mouthfeel and notes of sweet apple. The finish is smooth and balanced, with lingering notes of butterscotch and marigold.
