Description: Back with yet another Alchemist! This one was made with a blend of honey, washed and anaerobic processed coffees, producing a cup that is both uber complex and undeniably sweet. On the front end, you pick up on notes of the sweet acidity of concord grape. The body is light medium, accompanied by a smooth and juicy mouthfeel, alongside notes of stone-fruit brightness. It finishes sweet with a lingering complex depth of tannins and gentle florals. Like all of our Alchemist blends, this is a one-off roast, so get it while you can!
Recommended: Pour-Over, this coffee really shines as a high-extraction brew. With its really pronounced sweetness and complex fruitiness that only deepens as the cup cools, a 1:9 iced pour over was mind-altering and unbelievably easy to gulp down my gullet- Alberto
