Description: This rich Mexican coffee hails from the Guerrero region, and is deep and complex. On the front end, you pick up on notes of savory au jus, smoked pecan wood, and a sweet buttery note. The mouthfeel is full and coating, accompanied by notes of raw cacao and allspice. This cup has a deep, medium heavy body, along side notes of black cardamom, and finishes incredibly smooth, with a lingering woodiness. A wonderful cup that really suits the winter time. This coffee won't be around for long, so get it while you can!
