This espresso is superabundantly rich and syrupy. It begins with cascading notes of dark chocolate and toasted brown sugar that fill and coat the tongue. The espresso has a nice black cherry sweetness and acidity that lingers on the tongue and keeps your palette engaged. Lastly, the espresso finishes with a subtle smokiness.
Recommended: This espresso really shines in lattes and cortados, the sweetness in the milk pairs wonderfully with it.
