Description: This decaf is incredibly similar to the Decaf Guatemala that we used to have, but a bit sweeter and no spiciness. This is a full bodied medium roast that is very well balanced and has nice, yet subtle, complexity. On the front end, you get notes of caramel, brown butter, and the slightest hint of berry. The body is full with a creamy, smooth mouthfeel. This is accompanied by notes of butter rum and graham cracker. The finish is incredibly smooth and clean, with notes of chocolate and a cognac sweetness that lingers on the palate. A wonderful decaf that we are really enjoying here in the shop!
