Description: This coffee hails from the Chiapas region of Mexico. A medium dark cup that not only has a robust body, but is also fairly complex, especially as it cools. On the front end, you pick up on notes of smoked vanilla oak and a tinge of caramel sweetness. The body is medium heavy, accompanied by a pronounced note of walnut cake alongside a creamy mouthfeel. It finishes smooth, with notes of woody cedar, and lingering notes of smoked vanilla becoming more prevalent on the tail. Get it while you can!
