Producer Info: Coffee found its way to Panama in the 1740's and made it's way to the Boquete Valley in the 1820's. In the late 20th century Panamanian producers formed the Specialty Coffee Association of Panama in 1997, then launched the Best of Panama auction in 2001. That moment launched Panama onto the global specialty stage, Boquete became synonymous with exceptional Panama coffee.
Description: This cup is wonderfully rich, and extremely tasty! On the front end, you pick up notes of citrus and deep roasted sweetness. The body is closer to medium, accompanied by a prevalent note of buttery depth and subtle tropical tanginess. The mouthfeel is juicy, and the finish is bright, with lingering notes of wildflower and malic acidity. A really fantastic cup, but this coffee is extremely limited, so get some today before it's all gone!
