Description: Back with yet another Alchemist! This one was made with a blend of honey and anaerobic processed, but all natural-dried coffees, producing a cup that is both uber complex and undeniably smooth. On the front end, you pick up on notes of the sweet acidity of berries. The body is light medium, accompanied by a soft and silky mouthfeel, alongside notes of white tea, and a subtle note of floral sweetness. It finishes smooth with a lingering complex buttery depth, reminiscent of ube and chocolate. Like all of our Alchemist blends, this is a one-off roast, so get it while you can!
