Tasting Notes: Clover Honey, Lavender, & Watermelon
Description: We get an incredibly well balanced cup that never stops giving. On the nose, you pick up on notes of honey and floral acidity. These notes translate very well in the taste of the cup. These sweet and juicy fruit notes dive into a wonderful array of floral notes, like wildflower, rose, and chamomile. The mouthfeel is tea-like and juicy, which accentuates the subtle sweetness and watermelon softness.. This cup finishes smooth with a lingering sweetness.
