Description: This rare Papua New Guinea (PNG) Geisha variety coffee comes from Cobran Farm in the Kainantu District of PNG’s Eastern Highlands Province. We roasted this coffee lighter to highlight the complexity and luxurious mouthfeel. This cup opens with tasting notes of yuzu ramble, jasmine tea, and almond. Soon after, you pick up on notes of orange zest and date sweetness. The mouthfeel is extremely creamy and silky, with a light medium body. It finishes sweet and smooth, with a prevalent note of chocolate mousse napoleon, alongside the lingering spice notes from the yuzu ramble that carry through.
Shelf Life: An unopened bag will remain tasty for five months due to our processes and packaging. We remove most of the oxygen from each bag during our packaging process and replace it with food-grade nitrogen to lovingly cradle these precious beans for a long time. We use the highest quality bags with one-way valves to retain the low-oxygen environment we create and allow our coffee to off-gas naturally.
