Description:
This decaf is a Swiss Water Processed coffee, making for a super clean cup. The cup has very low acidity, yet, it is very rich. On the front end, you pick up on bright notes of florals, combined with a hint of citrus and honey sweetness. The body is medium, accompanied by a creamy mouthfeel, and has notes of toasted caramel and graham cracker, reminding us of speculoos and biscoff. The finish is smooth, with subtle notes of cashew and almond that linger on the palate.
