Description: This is a one time offering! From hot to cold, this coffee stays incredibly smooth and has the most subtle richness. This cup starts off very sweet and juicy, with notes of banana and a hint of fruity acidity. The note of banana carries through into the heavy and rich body, alongside notes of smoked walnut. The mouthfeel is very creamy, and it finishes smooth, with notes of dark chocolate, brown butter, a tinge of stone fruit, and that subtle smokiness carrying through to the lingering finish.
Shelf Life: An unopened bag will remain tasty for five months due to our processes and packaging. We remove most of the oxygen from each bag during our packaging process and replace it with food-grade nitrogen to lovingly cradle these precious beans for a long time. We use the highest quality bags with one-way valves to retain the low-oxygen environment we create and allow our coffee to off-gas naturally.
