Tasting Notes: Cherry, Clover Honey, & Blood Orange
Description: This is a natural anaerobic coffee that really shines as a light medium roast. The nose of this cup is very fruity. On the front end, it's bright, with very sweet notes of cherry. Soon you pick up on notes of honey, that fall into its rich medium body. The back end has a hint of florals but still juicy and fruity. This cup finishes smooth, with a subtle lingering note of sweet citrus. A wonderfully sweet and complex cup that will keep you coming back for more!
