Producer info: Finca Los Papales is run by the Angelina Lopez family for more than a century. Generations have run the estate together, and today produce Rainforest Alliance certified green coffee of the Caturra, Catuai, Pacamara and Bourbon variety. The coffee is wet and dry milled on the estates premises in order to better manage quality control. 

The Swiss Water® Process uses pure green coffee extract and proprietary carbon technology to remove caffeine from green coffee beans. Swiss Water® has specified the pore size of the carbon to match the caffeine molecule to ensure only the caffeine is trapped when the caffeine is captured from the green coffee extract. The Swiss Water® Process is certified organic and 100% chemical free. In addition, they are also certified Kosher by the Kosher Overseers Association.

Description: An incredibly unique coffee with low acidity, it starts with a subtle juicy fruit note on the front end. You soon pick up on sweet toffee and floral notes, that give its medium body some wonderful depth. It has a creamy and light, pillowy mouthfeel. Finishing very smooth, with a unmistakable chocolatey note on the palate long after you’ve finished your cup. This cup builds and becomes ore dynamic as it cools too!
