Local Roasters' Costa Rica Jaguar Honey Coffee is a delightful medium roast that is processed with natural honey. The result is a well balanced flavorful coffee. Expect a subtle bright note of raspberry honey up front, as well as hints of tropical fruit. These are accompanied by a medium body with a strong note of roasted almond. It finishes creamy and smooth with big notes of dark chocolate covered toffee and just a hint of earthiness.

The natural honey process uses much less water and shorter fermentation period. This  develops an acidity between natural and washed coffees, which makes the acidity very well balanced.

Costa Rica Jaguar Honey is the perfect morning cup. It's great straight, or with a bit of cream and a dash of brown sugar. Order as whole beans or ground in multiple sizes

Shelf Life: An unopened bag will remain tasty for five months due to our processes and packaging. We remove most of the oxygen from each bag during our packaging process and replace it with food-grade nitrogen to lovingly cradle these precious beans for a long time. We use the highest quality bags with one-way valves to retain the low-oxygen environment we create and allow our coffee to off-gas naturally.
