Description: This Ethiopian coffee is sourced from family-owned farms organized around the Dumerso coffee mill located in in the town of Dumerso. This is near the town of Yirgacheffe within the Gedeo Zone, Southern Nations, Nationalities, and Peoples' Region of Ethiopia. The cup is delicate and complex. On the front end, you pick up on notes of fig, apricot, and peaches. Soon after, you get notes of creamy black tea, a hint of blueberry, and buckwheat. The body is light medium, and the mouthfeel is creamy. The finish is smooth with a hint of earthiness, as well as lingering notes of banana bread. Overall, a smooth, light, and delicately complex cup.
